Business Hours
Made By Mom Baby Co., LLC operates Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm CST.
Email or inquiries received outside of business hours will usually be answered the following business day, however, please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
Shipping
Made By Mom Baby Co., LLC offers actual shipping cost on all domestic
and international orders. All products ship USPS First Class, USPS
Priority or USPS International
Airmail. In stock items will usually ship within 3 business days from the date of purchase. If your order is placed during a very large stocking, please allow a few extra days for your order to ship.
All domestic orders include Delivery Confirmation when shipped via the USPS. Insurance on USPS packages is optional and must be purchased if desired. Please note:
We frequently use a private company to insure our packages and in those cases the envelope will NOT be stamped "INSURED" by the
United States Postal Service. Our shipping center follows all rules and laws set forth by
the United States Postal Service. If you are an
international customer, please be aware of the possibility of custom
fees before placing your order.
Refunds & Returns
Items can be returned within 20 days from the date of purchase if in
unwashed and unworn condition. You will be issued a full refund of
the purchase price minus shipping charges. If the item is found to
be defective, you will receive a shipping refund as well. All
refunds will be issued after the items are received by Made By
Mom Baby Co., LLC. Please read our warranty below for information on defective products.
All sales are final on items personalized with a child's name or
nickname as well as on items marked "factory second".
Warranty
Our warranty for diapering items is as follows and is valid for ORIGINAL owners only:
* Any snap repairs needed within 1 month of the purchase date will be
covered in full by Made By Mom Baby Co., LLC. You will be
reimbursed for any shipping charges and the snaps will be repaired
for free. If snap repairs are needed more than 1 month after the
purchase date, Made By Mom Baby Co., LLC will repair the snap
for free, but you will be responsible for shipping charges both
ways. You will receive an invoice for the return shipping charges
when the item has been repaired and your item will ship once invoice
has been paid.
* Any repairs relating to the construction of the diaper will be covered in
full by Made By Mom Baby Co., LLC
for up to 3 months from the purchase date.
Payments
In stock items purchased must be paid for immediately. Items not paid for on the same day as they are ordered will be restocked.
Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted securely through our
website. We also except Paypal payments through our cart or to:
sales@fluffymail.com.
Sales Tax
Made By Mom Baby Co., LLC is a Texas based limited liability
company. All orders shipping to a Texas address will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
Right of Refusal
Made By Mom Baby Co., LLC reserves the right to refuse sales as deemed necessary.
